Accommodation in a very quiet residential estate, in a single-storey house featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious garden, and a conservatory. The student's room has a window and is situated next to the bathroom. It can be decorated and personalised to the occupant's taste.
Access to all amenities, Wi-Fi, and a 40 m² living room with a fireplace. Car parking is available in front of the house and there is a direct bus line to Aix-en-Provence a 10-minute walk away. Numerous shops are also accessible within a 10-minute walk. The purpose of this rental is to allow a serious student to focus on her studies while enjoying a pleasant quality of life.
