I'm Juan Gabriel, passionate about music and human connection. I lead a fairly quiet life, with a lot of introspection and sharing simple moments.

I play several instruments daily, so live music is a constant presence in the house. I also enjoy sharing meals and activities.

It's a large apartment (77m2) on the first floor (accessible by stairs) of a two-story building.

The apartment is well-equipped (washing machine, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, TV). It's possible to chat until late and listen to music on the speakers in the living room, as the neighbors are friendly.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Côte Pavée neighborhood. It's well-connected, just a few meters from the LANFANT stop on line 8, the François Verdier metro station on line B (10-minute walk), and close to two VéloToulouse bike-sharing stations (300m).

The rent is €465, all services included (internet and insurance included).
