Furnished room of 16 m² located in the Château de Hers/Cité de l'Espace district, exclusively for non-smokers, on the ground floor of our house. Shared: kitchen, bathroom/WC, living room. Housekeeping is included, and sheets and towels are changed once a week (pillows, duvets, and sheets provided). Access to buses L1 and L12 (Collège J.P. Vernant stop), with the possibility of consulting the timetables on the Tisséo.fr website. Easily accessible via the eastern ring road exit n°17, the house is also close to the A61 and A62 links. The location is ideal, at the bottom of Avenue de Castres, near the Parc de la Plaine, the Cité de l'Espace, and a cycle path. A supermarket, an open-air market, and small shops are easily accessible. Our home is located approximately 4 km from Airbus Space in Labège. The room is available for short stays, such as training courses, work-study programs, or business trips. A security deposit is required. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, we ask that you maintain complete peace and quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. and refrain from cooking at night. J’ai passé un séjour formidable. Christine et Olivier sont des personnes extrêmement bienveillantes, toujours attentives et qui ont vraiment tout mis en œuvre pour s’assurer que je passe un excellent moment. Je me suis senti à l’aise dès le début : l’endroit est très bien organisé, propre, et le ménage est fait régulièrement. La localisation est également parfaite : le bus est tout proche, et il y a un Carrefour Market à quelques pâtés de maisons, ce qui est très pratique. En résumé, c’est vraiment un endroit que je recommande vivement. Une expérience top du début à la fin.

Christine ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Auch für kleine alltägliche fragen ist sie immer offen und bietet zusammen mit Olivier immer gerne Hilfe an. Die Wohnung ist in exzellentem Zustand und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie geräumige Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Ich habe mich sehr Wilkommen gefühlt, Danke!

Tout simplement génial ! J'ai passé 12jours dans la chambre proposer par Christine. Le lit est trés confortable, tout les espaces sont propres et accueillants ! Les espaces ont de beaux volumes, on s'y sent vraiment bien ! C'était ma 1ére expérience Roomlala, et franchement super ! De vrais bons moments de partages ! Je recommande chaudemant Christine et Olivier!

Mon séjour chez Christine & Olivier a été très agréable. J'avais une très belle chambre et tout était en ordre. J'ai eu une conversation agréable et intéressante avec les deux sur des sujets très différents, sans oublier l'humour. Ils m'ont accueilli très chaleureusement et je les en remercie. Mein Aufenthalt bei Christine & Olivier war sehr angenehm. Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer und alles war in guter Ordnung. Mit beiden hatte ich eine schöne und interessante Konversation geführt über ganz unterschiedliche Themen, wobei der Humor nicht zu kurz kam. Sie haben mich sehr herzlich aufgenommen, dafür sage ich danke. My stay at Christine & Olivier was very pleasant. I had a very nice room and everything was in good order. I had a nice and interesting conversation with both of them about very different topics, with a good sense of humour. They made me feel very welcome, for which I say thank you.

Excellent accueil chez Christine et son mari, vraiment dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que vous ne manquiez de rien, de la chambre à la cuisine, en passant par le salon et la salle de bain: tout est vraiment parfait et respire la propreté. C'est rare de cumuler autant d'attentions, Christine est aux petits soins. De plus on peut échanger très facilement avec tous deux, que ce soit furtivement lorsque l'on rentre le sois, ou plus longuement lors de repas pris en commun. Merci à eux, ils m'ont vraiment beaucoup aidé! A recommander chaudement!
