To share a beautiful apartment, bright, clean and pleasant to live in. The building is in a secure area, with a guard and 2 digital codes. I am looking for a second person, a woman, to live with a discreet, kind and calm Peruvian lady. The apartment is located 1 minute from the RER Noisy-le-Grand and 3 minutes from a bus station;
12 minutes from Nation, 18 minutes from Les Halles and 25 minutes from Disney; opposite a shopping center (Carrefour, UGC, La Fnac...) and near a lake. There is work in progress on the esplanade, but not every day.
I am looking for a very caring and calm person. This is not a place to party. There is one furnished room left for 640 euros per month including tax (APL possibility). This is a very good quality sofa bed with a real mattress. The bedroom is in a self-contained space. You share the bathroom, the entrance, the large kitchen (knowing that the roommate uses her small kitchen next door), the WC and the terrace.
