I rent rooms to young women in my large Mediterranean-style villa. As I travel frequently, I am away for the majority of the year. Each person has their own private space, and only the kitchen is shared (between the young women, as my living area is completely separate).
Location: Perpignan South, Porte d'Espagne, University/IUT area.
I am looking for a respectful young professional or apprentice, ready to move in and enjoy a peaceful environment.
Everything is included and utility bills are at a flat rate! Manage your budget without any hassle, with no surprises at the end of the tenancy. Heating, water, electricity, fibre broadband/Wi-Fi, refuse collection, etc.
