A lovely 55 m² space with a large kitchen, a big lounge, and a small balcony. My flatmate will have a fully furnished bedroom with plenty of shelving, cupboards in the kitchen, and their own fridge. There is a washer-dryer in the flat. The property looks out onto a pedestrian mall, so there is no traffic noise. Furthermore, it faces north. Put simply, it stays cool in summer (it doesn't become a heat trap) and is warm in winter (individual gas heating). There is a caretaker in the building.
