Superb, high-quality shared accommodation in a good location
2 jeunes femmes colocataires recherchent une troisième personne à partir de mi mai pour les rejoindre dans une colocation de 3 chambres.
L'appartement est idéalement situé dans une résidence familiale avec gardien au 6ème étage avec ascenseur. L’appartement est traversant et très lumineux. Il vient d’être rénové à neuf et meublé. Il y a une place de parking dédié devant l’immeuble.
La résidence est très calme et idéalement située à 15-20 minutes du centre ville (voiture ou chronobus C2) et 10-15 minutes des facs (voiture ou chronobus C20). L’appartement est à 3 minutes du très joli parc de la Gaudinière. A proximité, vous trouverez notamment un supermarché et une boulangerie.
Chaque chambre est équipée d’un lit double de 140x190, d’une armoire de rangement, d’un bureau et d’une chaise. L’appartement dispose d’un wifi par fibre optique.
La cuisine est toute équipée avec four, micro-onde, frigo, congélateur, lave vaisselle, machine à café et grille pain et vaisselle.
