Description
Sunny and peaceful studio in the second and top floor of my home, with a terrace to relax or eat al fresco. You will have your own bathroom, with a comfortable shower, and kitchenette to prepare your meals. Very comfortable bed with a good mattress. There is central heating in winter and a ceiling fan for the late spring and a portable air conditioner for the summer.
it's located in la Rambla, a very central pedestrian area, so you are walking distance to everywhere: beach, supermarket, cafés, shops, station, library, market, etc. The train station is at 4 minutes walking from home and there is a Bonpreu supermarket at 30 metres from the house.
Vilanova is a safe and lovely city and it's very well linked by a cheap train with Barcelona (45 minutes to Passeig de Gracia) and the airport. In fact, if you buy a 10 euro rodalies frequent traveler ticket, you will be able to catch trains as many times as you want during your stay( for as long as 4 months time!) without paying anythig else.

The flat is under the roof and exposed to the sun all day long. It has no fan, to avoid this flat during summer. I was literraly dying, with humidity and heat going up to 32 and feel 37…the night it was not even going under 30 degrees and no air, I had to shower and stay in front of the airfan I had to buy to get a little colder. The fridge was not freezing every time. I also saw a mouse. Otherwise Imma and Vincent are quite nice, it is really well placed on the main rambla next to the beach and close to Bonpreu, easy for buying food. Bad point : parking is a nightmare in Villanova, come by train.
