I am renting out a room in my lovely shared housing in the 18th arrondissement of Paris from 1 August to 1 September. The apartment is 53 m², fully furnished, and features three rooms. One of the two bedrooms is already taken by a subtenant – therefore, I am looking for a second flatmate, preferably a girl. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: ● 2 bedrooms ● Large living room ● Fully equipped kitchen ● 2 bathrooms/WCs ● Washing machine ● Stove & oven ● Air conditioning and heating ● Bed sheets ● Kitchen utensils and much more. The rent is €700 for the entire month. The location in the 18th arrondissement is excellent – shops, cafes, and public transport are all within easy reach.
