SUBLET 2-3 MONTHS ERDEVEN
2 BEDROOMS
Hi!
We are subletting a small attic bedroom and a large bedroom (with en-suite bathroom and toilet) in a 3-person shared housing setup in Erdeven.
The small bedroom is available from 1 October to 31 December, or from mid-October to mid-December (dates are flexible).
Cartouche the cat lives in the house (she doesn't like other animals...).
The 90m2 house has a large garden, a garage, and is a 10-minute bike ride from the village and the beach. We live on the outskirts of Erdeven, 35 minutes from Lorient and 20 minutes from Auray.
The vibe is quite chilled; we like to keep the house tidy and the garden maintained. Our neighbours are also lovely, and we do quite a few things together.
As for rent, it’s €713/month divided by 3 + water and electricity bills. We pay rent proportionally to our income and share the bills equally.
