Le studio se trouve juste au dessus d'un bar qui ferme tard. A déconseiller pour ceux qui travaillent et se couchent/lèvent tôt. Le WC fonctionne avec un sanitaire broyeur. J'avais scrupuleusement respecté la consigne d'utiliser du papier toilette. A mon départ , on me signale que les wcs sont bouchés et que l'on me retiendra ma caution. On m'envoie le rapport du technicien : il signale que du papier toilette a bouché le sani-broyeur ........ Le fait est que le sani-broyeur est vieux et ne fonctionne plus correctement. C'est inadmissible que l'on me prenne la caution
