Student room rental (Stains - 93240)

The bedroom is upstairs with a large window overlooking the street. It faces East, so it is very bright in the morning. It can be furnished to your liking; there are several wall hooks already installed if you are a big fan of posters (or paintings). We are currently finishing the construction of an upstairs bathroom, which should be completed in September. Otherwise, the ground floor bathroom is shared, as are the kitchen and living room. You are free to use the common areas as you wish :) There is also an outdoor deck and a small vegetable garden. We are a family of 5: my two parents, myself, and our two cats (very, very important haha). I remain available for any further information;) Mathilde
