Description
I would like to rent out our guest room during the week throughout the year. Since my children come back on weekends, I would prefer the guest room to be vacated during these days, unless we can agree on exceptions. The goal is to allow the house to continue to be used even after the children leave for their studies. I am happy to share the large kitchen and hope to get along well with the tenant to exchange and spend pleasant and friendly moments.
