Room for rent in a homestay for a French or ERASMUS exchange student, in a lovely dual-aspect Nice apartment. Located in the Port/Riquier district on the 4th floor with a lift. A 5-10 minute walk to tram lines 1 and 2, and close to Riquier train station and the port of Nice. Near all amenities: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc. A 10-minute walk to the Saint Jean d'Angely university campus and about 10 minutes by tram to the city centre (République stop, line 1). The airport can be reached in 30 minutes by tram (Port Lympia stop, line 1).
The room is equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, a double bed, and a balcony. Common areas, including the kitchen, toilet, living room, and bathroom, are to be shared with the three family members living there. A friendly dog also lives on the premises. Bed sheets are not provided. A laundrette is located a 2-minute walk away for laundry.
