Large, modern 51 m² one-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a small building, divided into two sections with a separate kitchen in the middle and a large entrance hall. Bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet. Very quiet and not overlooked, facing an inner courtyard. The room offered for rent is 18 m² and includes a private walk-in wardrobe. I am looking for a friendly, clean, and gay-friendly housemate for shared housing.
