Room for females only. Located on the ground floor, the flat boasts a flowering courtyard that attracts squirrels and birds, and is an ideal distance from Rosemont metro, close to cultural venues and cafés, without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. A Québécois woman, with a visual arts background, and an Iranian man, with a literature background (not a couple), both in their forties, reside here. We are looking for someone young at heart but mature in behaviour, calm, taking care of themselves and the premises, valuing ecological practices and healthy communication. We consume meat in moderation. The atmosphere is friendly, open yet quiet. This is a strictly non-smoking space. No pets. LGBT individuals are welcome.
