A very sunny room, for women only. Located on the ground floor, the apartment benefits from a flowery courtyard that attracts squirrels and birds, and is an ideal distance from Rosemont metro, close to cultural venues and cafes, without being in the heart of the hustle and bustle. A Québécoise woman, visual arts profile, and an Iranian man, literature profile (not a couple), both in their forties, reside here. We are looking for someone young at heart but mature in behaviour, calm, taking care of themselves and the premises, valuing ecological practices and healthy communication. We consume meat in moderation. The atmosphere is friendly, open but quiet. This is a strictly non-smoking space. No pets. LGBT people are welcome.
