Description
The owners live in Guyana all year round and are only present for a few weeks per year. Access to the living rooms is free in their absence but is limited to the preparation of meals in their presence (eating meals in their room). Five rooms are occupied all year round. The south-facing bedroom in the listing is very quiet and overlooks the house's small garden.
Cleaning of common areas in the absence of the owners is carried out jointly by the tenants.
The room is ideally located for students: tram, bus, SNCF station nearby. Capuchin market and restaurant, Place de la Victoire.

Très bon emplacement en plein centre de Bordeaux, bon positionnement , rapproché à tous les moyens de déplacement (bus, train, métro, ...).Quartier calme, sans souci sécuritaire. Hébergeurs particulièrement sympathisants, très compréhensibles. Prix très intéressants et cadre à équipements qui répond à tous les besoins.
