Single room for women only (Milano - 20162)

I'm looking to temporarily rent a single room in my three-room apartment, where I live alone, to women only. The room faces east/southeast, is quiet, and well-furnished. It has a 140cm bed with a 22cm mattress. It includes a desk, open bookcase, and a double-door wardrobe with drawers. The room is located in a renovated apartment in a well-populated, secure, and renovated building with an elevator, concierge, shared garden, and bike storage. Near the purple line subway station, Bicocca University, and Niguarda Hospital. The area is quiet and well-served. No smoking, no pets, and I welcome visiting friends and relatives, by prior arrangement. I prefer women with high education, who are sociable and speak Italian, English, or German.
