Unfurnished room (except a wardrobe) in a shared apartment with two roommates in all for rent in an apartment located in Ecublens, VD.
Living/dining room, bathroom, separate WC, equipped kitchen, cellar, terrace, common laundry room.
Close to UNIL/EPFL, public transport (M1, 33, 705), supermarket, countryside and forest. Quiet, perfect for studying, all comfort and all inclusive.
We are looking for a student or a doctoral student, motivated to keep the flatshare alive (this includes the little housekeeping tour on a regular basis).
All-inclusive rent (charges + Internet + insurance) except laundry (we each put in 10 francs every month and a half or so). Available from the end of August for a duration to be defined.
