The house is located in a historic cul-de-sac, ideally situated close to both the city and the countryside. It is near Namur, Charleroi, Brussels, and Charleroi Airport.
You will have a 50-square-meter floor divided into two spaces: a bedroom with a bed and an open-plan bathroom, and a living area equipped with a television, internet access, and a workspace. The daybed can be converted into a child's bed if needed. The bedroom has been recently repainted. I am looking for a quiet and sociable person to share the house with, preferably for a three-month period, renewable depending on how well we get along.
You will have access to the entire house, except for my bedroom and bathroom, including the terrace and garden. Parking is easy. Registering your address with social benefits is only possible with a registered co-tenancy agreement.
