Hello,
A spot is available for a male tenant. Currently, there is one boy and two girls living here. We are looking for a boy to maintain a gender balance. The current housemates are aged between 23 and 27.
The apartment is located right opposite Bourran Park, with the number 1 bus line at the foot of the residence, which goes to the train station and the A tram line in Mérignac centre. Another bus line also serves the aeronautics hub. Downstairs from the residence, you will find shops and supermarkets nearby.
The apartment is 92 m² and consists of:
- An entrance hall with cupboards
- Four bedrooms, all equipped with a 120 or 140 cm bed (duvets and pillows), a desk, and a wardrobe
- Two bathrooms with a shower and sink, as well as an additional separate small washroom
