Hello, There is a furnished room available in a shared house with a garden in Vessy, a quiet residential neighbourhood near the universities and the HUG. The room is to be shared with a very active 34-year-old woman, a business owner who loves travelling, singing, and theatre. Quiet and open-minded, she enjoys friendly moments, watching a film in the lounge, or simply evenings by the fireplace, while respecting everyone's privacy. We are looking for a quiet, respectful person who is tidy in shared spaces, appreciates a friendly but non-intrusive atmosphere, and is preferably a non-smoker (or smokes outside). Requirements and conditions: Proof of no debt enforcement (from the Office des poursuites), a security deposit of 2 months' rent, and the last 3 payslips.
