Two rooms are available in a large 580 m² furnished villa with a swimming pool and around 200 m² of garden, located just a few minutes from Grand Baie. Friendly, quiet, and respectful atmosphere, to ensure a comfortable living environment. One room is kept for visiting friends or family. The house includes: - A large living area (dining room and lounge) - An equipped kitchen - A covered terrace - A garden, swimming pool, and barbecue area - Fibre connection installed - A laundry room - Air-conditioned bedrooms - Parking and a garage Room descriptions: - Master suite: king-size bed, lounge area, desk, walk-in wardrobe, and private bathroom. - Large bedroom: spacious, double bed, desk area, storage, and shared bathroom.
