For rent, a charming 65 m² furnished outbuilding, fully renovated, located at the end of the garden of our family home in a quiet, green, and secure environment. Very bright, it offers a view of the garden and the pool.
On the ground floor: a living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: two attic bedrooms. The property is fully equipped (furniture, appliances, kitchenware, etc.). Tenants are welcome to use the family pool while respecting the premises.
Ideally located a 3-minute walk from the G line (express bus to Bordeaux city centre and Saint-Jean station). Secure bike storage available; no car parking. We are looking for two serious, respectful, and tidy students. We live in the main house and are available if needed while ensuring your privacy.
