The street-facing room, with a surface area of 13 m², has a trundle bed (80x190), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk. It does not lock and is adjacent to the lounge.

The apartment is very pleasant, bright, and north-facing (street side).

It includes a walk-in shower room with a small basin, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped, and a washing machine is available.

This accommodation hosts students during the year.
