Also a washing machine and tumble dryer. 3 rooms of 11 m2 at €550, 1 of 14 m2 at €500, 2 of 15 m2 separate from the shared housing (upstairs) at €400. All with locks. Concierge services provided by me. Transport 10 and 15 minutes away on foot. Paris Denfert or Montparnasse in 30 minutes in total.
