Recently renovated apartment on the 7th floor (with elevator) in the west of Nice. We are looking for a reliable tenant. The bright bedroom, featuring a balcony with a beautiful view, is equipped with a desk, a double bed, and a wardrobe. The apartment is ideally located: 5 minutes from the bus stop and the Faculty of Arts of Carlone, 10 minutes from the tram and the beach. The center of Nice is easily accessible in 20 minutes. The tenant will be able to do several loads of laundry per week. For meals, she is free to use the kitchen and her dedicated space in the fridge and closet. I am a mother of two children, one of whom lives in Paris (the bedroom was hers). There are currently three of us living in the apartment: my husband, my 11-year-old son, and myself.
