Shared accommodation in Lyon 3rd arrondissement
Hello! I'm moving out of my shared apartment, and we're looking for a replacement for our apartment.
The 100 m² apartment is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by elevator. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and is a 6-minute walk from the Place Guichard metro station (line D) and a 14-minute walk from the Part-Dieu train station.
The bedroom, approximately 10 m², has a large built-in closet, a box spring, and a nightstand. A nearly new double Emma mattress (less than 9 months old, receipt available) can be purchased if you wish.
There is a private bathroom.
A double garage, included in the rent, allows for secure parking for cars or bicycles.
About the other two roommates: Clovis, 33, works in the financial consulting sector. He is passionate about chess and a fervent supporter of OL. John, 36, is an executive in a design office specializing in energy performance. He is curious, funny, passionate about sports, and enjoys traveling to discover the world.
