Hello,
I am renting a very pleasant, furnished room of approximately 25 square meters, equipped with a barbecue and surrounded by fruit trees. The room, intended for one person, is fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, bookshelves, etc. It has also been freshly painted. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, as well as several refrigerators and freezers. A security deposit is required for the rental and will be returned at the end of the lease. Tenants must have liability insurance.
The house is ideally located, right next to the "La Reille" bus stop and a 20-minute walk from the train station. The neighborhood is lively and offers amenities such as bakeries, a laundromat, and a grocery store. For any viewing requests, please feel free to contact me.
