Hello, I am renting out a very pleasant furnished room of about 25 square metres, equipped with a barbecue and surrounded by fruit trees. The room, intended for one person, is fully furnished with a desk, a wardrobe, shelving, etc., and has also been freshly painted. The house also has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, and several refrigerators and freezers. For the rental, a security deposit is required, which is returned at the end of the lease. Tenants must take out public liability insurance. The house is ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of the "La Reille" bus stop and a 20-minute walk from the train station. I offer a discount for students, but I prefer a guarantor.
