The first bedroom measures 23 m², while the second measures 21 m². The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a shower room with a washing machine. Each bedroom includes a double bed, a desk, a dressing room, and access to a living room with a sofa. All utilities (electricity, water, internet, heating) are included.
