Description
A beautiful, bright bedroom opening onto a wraparound balcony, in a large, two-level apartment. On the fifth floor, there are three bedrooms, an office, and a bathroom. The rented bedroom will be on this floor. On the sixth floor, there is a kitchen/living room and a bathroom with a shower and toilet for the tenant. Above, there is a summer kitchen with a refrigerator for the tenant and a 60 m² terrace. The metro is a 10-minute walk away (line 5), and a new line runs directly to Châtelet in the upper part of Romainville. The apartment is spacious, and a dedicated workspace will be available for the tenant in my office or in the hallway of the lower level. The apartment is clean, new, and in good condition, and cleaning is provided by a housekeeper.
