It benefits from private parking, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a covered terrace, a large basement, and other amenities. The cohabitation takes place peacefully and with respect for each other. A lady comes weekly to clean the common areas, while a gardener takes care of the green spaces. Although enjoying appreciable peace and quiet, the house is not isolated.
