Two single bedrooms (blue, 10 sq m; lilac, 14 sq m) with fiber optic Wi-Fi are available for rent on the ground floor of my villa. Shared access includes a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower room, garden (with two tables), and swimming pool. Free street parking is available, and bicycles, scooters, and motorcycles can be left in front of the house, within the property. Located in the quiet, residential Godillot neighborhood, it's a 5-minute walk to the town center and bus stops (for beaches and islands), a 12-minute walk to the train station, and 4 km from the beaches. Ideal for seniors, apprentices, students, and tourists. Please note that the calendar is not up-to-date; rates vary in July and August. Contact me before booking for details.
