The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are 2 showers and 2 toilets. The lounge, which has a balcony, offers a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. A washing machine is available for use. The location is convenient, fifteen to twenty minutes from the town centre on foot or by bus, with the stop just 100 metres away. Free parking is available. A security deposit is required in accordance with current legislation. In addition, a guarantee cheque to cover cleaning costs for common areas and the bedroom is requested. J'aimerais remercier Gilles pour son accueil dans la maison qui a été gérée un peu à la dernière minute. Il s'est montré très disponible et arrangeant pour permettre mon séjour. Sa localité est très bien située et facilement accessible depuis le centre ville de Chambéry ainsi que des axes routiers. Un parking à disposition des locataires et un espace commun dédié aux chambres en location donnent de la valeur à cet hébérgement. Merci encore pour le séjour.
J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Gilles. C’est un hôte très sympathique et toujours prêt à rendre service, tout comme les colocataires qui créent une ambiance conviviale et agréable. La chambre est confortable et offre une vue incroyable sur toute la ville de Chambéry et les montagnes alentours — un vrai plaisir au quotidien. Le logement est bien situé à Bassens, dans un cadre calme et reposant. Je recommande vivement !
