Hello,
Less than thirty minutes from the center of Paris via the RER A, La Varenne-Chennevières station, accessible on foot in five minutes from the apartment, I offer for rent a 14 m² room. Furnished and bright, this room is part of a 66 m² T3 apartment. You will have access to the kitchen, the bathroom (with the possibility of using the washing machine twice a week) and the toilets. The living room is not accessible, because I sleep there.
Aged 62 and my daughter 24, we both work in the communications sector. We have a very affectionate cat. Serious, warm and communicative, we would be delighted to welcome a tenant in La Varenne-Saint-Hilaire, in the commune of Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, where the atmosphere of a Parisian shopping district combines with the charm of the banks of the Marne.
We are looking for a student or an active adult with regular working hours. The ideal profile would be a respectful and caring person, who is committed to maintaining and cleaning their room regularly.
It is possible to register your address with us, but the social housing allowance (APL) is not available.
