Description
I am offering a bright, sea-view room in our house, equipped with storage and a desk.
The house is a 5-minute walk from Bleuets beach in St. Laurent, and shops are 300 meters away (pharmacy, Spar supermarket, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, post office). A bus stop 50 meters away provides access to St. Brieuc, the train station, and Plérin on the other side of the river.
The room is on the first floor and adjoins a bathroom and toilet.
We live here as a couple; one of us works remotely 3 days a week on the ground floor. There is a small dog and a young cat, and the floorboards creak. The kitchen and toilet are shared.
Bed linen and towels are provided. It's a family atmosphere. It would be suitable for a student, intern, or apprentice.
