Description
I am offering a room with a sea view in our home, which is bright and equipped with storage space and a desk. The house is a 5-minute walk from the Plage des Bleuets in Saint-Laurent, close to shops (pharmacy, Spar, butcher, bakery, hairdresser, post office) and a bus stop 50 metres away serving Saint-Brieuc, the train station and Plérin.
The room is on the first floor and is adjacent to a bathroom and toilet. There are two of us living here and one of us works from home three days a week on the ground floor. We have a small dog, a young cat, and the floorboards can sometimes creak. The kitchen and toilet are shared. Bed sheets and towels are provided.
The atmosphere is family-oriented. This room is suitable for a student, intern or apprentice. If you are away for the weekend, you will not be charged for those nights. It is possible to book an initial week from Monday to Thursday, for example, and subsequent weeks in the same way.
