Located right next to the metro, on a quiet street at the entrance to the Saint-Ouen flea market district and a 20-minute walk from the Sacré-Cœur, this townhouse is set within a converted former industrial building and spans three levels: - Ground floor: two 10 m² bedrooms with their own bathroom and separate toilet. One of the bedrooms is offered for rent here. The other is occupied every other week by our 14-year-old daughter, who is quiet by nature. There is also a laundry room on this level. - First floor: 55 m² living area in a loft layout with a large kitchen, dining room, and lounge opening onto a 19 m² terrace. - Second floor: master bedroom and the youngest child's bedroom (he is 2 years old). On all floors: two cats (one timid and one very affectionate). If you have allergies, we are not the best home for you. Kindness and inclusivity are essential. Creative minds are encouraged to express themselves. Those who prefer privacy will always have their space respected.
