The house is located in the Pilar neighborhood, a very quiet area with an exit close to the M30 and 15 minutes from the Complutense University. Excellent public transport communication: right next to the Avenida de la Illustration metro, line 7 and surrounded by a multitude of shops, pharmacies and a five-minute walk from the La Vaguada shopping center.
The very bright and quiet apartment consists of 3 individual rooms, to share with the person in charge of the apartment, a completely independent older woman. Equipped kitchen, with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and large refrigerator.
Electricity, water, gas and internet expenses separately and to be shared by the three tenants.
