Independent furnished room/studio adjacent to a house in Yverdon-les-Bains (near Cheseaux-Noréaz), in a peaceful setting. Approx. 8 minutes' walk from the bus stop.
140x200 cm bed, wardrobe, shelf, table and chairs.
Shower room with toilet, shower, and sink.
Additional mini-kitchenette with fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, mini-oven, and hob (you can see from the photos that this is not a fully equipped kitchen).
Terrace/garden with table and chairs, close to nature.
There is no Wi-Fi/WLAN for comfort reasons, but a cable for a high-speed internet connection is provided with an adapter (Ethernet-USBc).
Smoking is not permitted. Not suitable for people with cat allergies, as they may occasionally wander around. This studio is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as the access to the house is steep and you must use an external staircase to reach the studio.
