Ideal as a pied-à-terre for someone coming to work or study several days a week in Toulouse (students, interns, work-study students, etc.). Access to the room is via the shared entrance.
The room includes a living/office area equipped with a kitchenette, a desk, a wardrobe, a comfortable chair, a bench seat, and a sleeping area on the mezzanine with a 1.40 m bed. It benefits from a large en-suite bathroom with a personal sink and a separate toilet. Free parking is available.

Martine a été une hôte attentive et bienveillante. Je la remercie pour son accueil chaleureux ! Le séjour s’est merveilleusement bien passé et je suis ravie d’avoir passé ces quelques semaines dans ce studio très agréable.
I really enjoyed my stay at Martines place in Balma. The room was perfect for one person and it was tidy and clean. I felt very welcomed from the first time and for me it was the perfect mix between having my own space and sharing some time together. Furthermore Martine gave me some nice tips, what i can visit in Toulouse and where i can go for a hike in the Pyrenées. Thanks for that and i would definitely come again!
