I am looking to share my two-storey house, which features a conservatory and a courtyard in Vichy, located near the Town Hall, the train station, the city centre, the university, and various schools on Rue Fleury. For this reason, I am offering a room on the second floor of my house for a student. The room has a sloped ceiling with a large window and includes a 1.40m bed, a desk, shelves, a bedside table, a wardrobe, bedside lamps, and a ceiling fan (bed linen and towels are provided). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, and an ironing board. The private toilet is located on the first floor and is reserved for the tenant. You will have shared access to the kitchen (with a fridge and cupboard space), dishwasher, and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in an adjoining room. Wi-Fi included. Rent is €400 (bills included, no security deposit). Rental available to minors with parental consent.
