Utilities are not included; I charge based on actual usage (whenever possible) as it is cheaper than applying a fixed rate. House in a quiet residential area, 16 m2 room on the 1st floor. There are few electromagnetic fields in this house. An Ethernet cable is provided on the room's desk. If needed, I can show the tenant how to activate Wi-Fi on the router. 5G is not permitted, only 4G. When the tenant goes to bed, they are requested to put their mobile in airplane mode and turn off Wi-Fi if enabled :) Two tenants (non-smokers and non-drinkers) currently in this house. Bus at a 6-minute walk to the Orsay Paris-Saclay station/University, or the Supelec plateau and all Paris-Saclay schools, or Massy/Palaiseau station, or Ulis shopping centre. Courtaboeuf business park accessible by bus or on foot. Grand Frais, Picard, and La Vie Claire stores are a 3-minute walk away. Ulis shopping centre is a 17-minute walk away. Chinese restaurant at 3 minutes walk, Moroccan restaurant (also takeaway) at 7 minutes walk.

Thank you Corinne for everything, my room was perfect and Corinne was helpful about any issue. It took me 30mins to get to Paris-Saclay from the house(with a bus). I had all the thing i needed in the kitchen and bathroom. My stay was calm, cozy and full of joy.
