Room – Pessac/Talence
House close to the Talence universities. A spacious and quiet house, with a garden, singing birds, and a fireplace for winter. Two rooms are already rented out: one to Maelys, 20, studying sports, and the other to Aliénor, 19, at Sciences Po. The largest room is available, with a private veranda. It's east-facing, bright, with parquet flooring and comes furnished. Everything is included: water, electricity, gas, heating, Wi-Fi... APL accepted.
The B tram line is an 8-minute walk away, at the "Arts et Métiers" stop. I'm Sylvie, the host, and I also live in this house from time to time as I have another home in the Dordogne.
Shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and garden. A quiet atmosphere... but with good food and laughs!
