Landlord policies
The minimum accepted rental stay is for 32 nights. Under any circumstances we do not take touristic stays. We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. We offer contract lengths ranging from 32 days to 6 months and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of maximum 6 months each extension. The initial maximum duration of the contract is 6 months plus an automatic extension, that is; one year
The tenant must pay a deposit of €1000 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting €400 as a non-returnable service fee (service fees and administrative expenses)
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Monthly contract: The payment of the rent is made for full calendar months, regardless of the date of entry and exit of the client in the corresponding month
