Landlord policies:
The price of the room includes all the expenses and services described later in this text. The minimum accepted rental stay is for 32 nights. Under any circumstances we do not take touristic stays. We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. We offer contract lengths ranging from 32 days to 6 months and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of maximum 6 months each extension. The initial maximum duration of the contract is 6 months plus an automatic extension, that is; one year.
The tenant must pay a deposit of € 1000 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting € 400 as a non-returnable service fee (service fees and administrative expenses).

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Monthly contract: The payment of the rent is made for full calendar months, regardless of the date of entry and exit of the client in the corresponding month.
