Description
I live in a spacious apartment comprising four rooms: a kitchen and living room, an office, my own bedroom, and another bedroom that I would like to rent out. This apartment is located in a four-storey building in the city centre, in a pedestrian area, close to shops, restaurants, the train station, and the ferry terminal.
This building houses two shops that share the ground floor and the first floor, as well as offices and an activities centre (yoga, dance, music) on the second floor. On the third floor, there are four apartments, and two more are on the fourth.
The pedestrian area is pleasant and quiet, though sometimes a bit lively in the evenings. A small market selling local produce takes place every day except Monday, and a large market is held each week. The bedroom is quite large, quiet, and features a 1.60-metre bed. Its window overlooks an internal courtyard.
