English teacher offers a room in a shared housing property in a pleasant neighbourhood. Located in the heart of Ainay, near Place Carnot and the Ampère metro station, this 90m² flat features herringbone parquet flooring and two marble fireplaces. It is furnished and includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, and ceramic hobs. Plenty of storage space is available in the living room and the hallway. The room comes with a bed, a desk, and storage cupboards. There is a large walk-in wardrobe to share in the entrance hall. Large living area with a U-shaped sofa and a large TV. Ideal for international students or Erasmus students. Important note: I have a French bulldog (she is adorable and does not bark). I am passionate about cinema and video games (I have a PS5). I also enjoy sharing good times over a drink or a nice meal. Very open-minded, I am LGBTQIA+ friendly.
