I'm letting a room in the flat where I reside. This room is quite small but comfortable and equipped with a wardrobe. However, it doesn't offer enough space for a desk, so it's mainly for resting. The bathroom and toilet are shared. A parking space is reserved in front of the building. Use of the kitchen is also permitted. Personal belongings can remain in the room during the weekend, although the room is only offered for weekday nights, save for exceptions to be defined together.
