A beautifully renovated house with garden ideal for young couple, with small baby or professional single
it is a 1930's semi detached house which has been completely refurbished with attractive stain glass windows and designer wallpaper PLUS new fully equipped Wren kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine , and fridge freezer.
There is a comfortable sunny living room with fireplace and a garden view dining room also with fireplaces.
The bathroom has a great shower and a huge bath ! The bedroom has a king size bed and the room overlooks the garden. Plus a small bright bedroom at the front.
The Garden is secluded by trees and there are plenty of garden chairs and equipment available in the garage.
The landlady is a professional living in Paris. She has a separate room in the property and returns for work OR the odd weekend from time to time. BUT will always give a minimum of one weeks notice.
