Hello,
I rent out one of the rooms in my house. Located in the St. Maurice Pellevoisin district of Lille, it's a 20-minute walk from Lille Europe train station, 5 minutes from the St. Maurice Pellevoisin metro station (line 2), and a 10-minute walk from the Caulier metro station (line 1). Shops are a 10-minute walk away; there's a free private parking space in front of the house. The street is very quiet. The garden is accessible depending on the weather! Stays longer than 15 days are rarely accepted except in special circumstances.
The house and garden are NON-SMOKING.
This is not suitable for travelers who plan to arrive/leave, make phone calls, or wander around the house between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM. You are welcome if you wish to have a quiet stay.
